Crispy Squid Ingredients
Materials for Marination
2-3 tubes of squid
2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
3 bottles of soda
Ingredients for Spicy Flour
2 glasses of flour
Slice the squid into rings and rub with sugar for 5-10 minutes. Then add the soda and let it rest in the soda for at least 2-3 hours.
For spiced flour, mix the flour and spices until they become homogeneous.
Remove the squids waiting in the soda and dip them in flour and fry them in hot deep oil until they turn colour.
Remulade Sauce Ingredients
1 tablespoon of capers
4-5 pickled gherkins
2 cloves of garlic
5- 6 sprigs of parsley
3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
5 tablespoons of strained yogurt
Chop the capers, pickles, garlic and parsley very finely.
Mix it with yogurt and mayonnaise and serve with the calamari.
