Cutting Soup Ingredients
Ingredients for Meat
400 gr. lamb neck
3 glasses of water
Ingredients for Soup
¾ glass of cut dough
2 green peppers
1 tablespoon tomato paste
2.5 glasses of water
2.5 glasses of neck juice
Ground red pepper
Put your meat in a pressure cooker, add 3 glasses of water and close the lid of the pot.
After the water in the pot boils, reduce the heat and cook for 30 minutes.
When the meat is cooked, remove it from the heat and transfer it to a separate plate to cool.
When your meat is cold, shred it.
For the soup;
Put a pan on the stove and add your cut dough and turn it until it is slightly crunchy.
Add sunflower oil to your soup pot and put small edibles in it. Add the chopped onion and fry it.
Chop the peppers finely and put them in the pot and continue frying.
Add the tomato paste and after lightly frying add the diced tomato.
Dehydrate, salt, ground red pepper Add , neck meats and lightly roasted neck meats and mix.
