Cutting Soup Ingredients
2 tablespoons of sunflower oil
100 gr. roasting
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
5 glasses of water
1 glass of cut dough
Ingredients for Dressing
1 tablespoon of flour
1 glass of yoghurt
Juice of ½ lemon
Put your pot on the stove and add sunflower oil and heat it.
Chop your onions finely, add them to the pot and fry.< br/> Add roasting, tomato paste and salt and fry well.
Add water and let it boil.
Take your dough into your soup and close the lid and let it cook.
For the dressing;
Whisk yoghurt, flour and half lemon juice in a mixing bowl.
Add a scoop of water from the pot to the bowl with the seasoning and mix.
Warm the seasoning like this and add it to the pot. .
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Add salt and pepper and mix.
Serve hot by dividing into bowls.
