Ingredients for the Beef Carpaccio Recipe

  • 400 gr tenderloin
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Mediterranean greens< /li>
  • 100 g fresh basil
  • Half a tea glass of basil
  • Thyme
  • Black pepper

Beef Carpaccio How It’s Made?

  • Get ready for a great start with cold meats in hot weather. Grate the onion and garlic. Mix thyme, black pepper and salt.
  • Dip the tenderloin in this mixture. Mix the chopped basil and olive oil. Make a hole in the middle of the tenderloin and fill with fresh basil.
  • Roll tightly, wrap in cling film and freeze. Take it out of the fridge and slice it. Garnish with greens and serve.
