Diamond Cookie Recipe? We recommend you to try this easy-to-make and stylish cookie. Coming to the points to be considered while making diamond cookies, we separated the sugar and chocolate paste while forming the dough and put all the ingredients in the mixing bowl. After we got the dough and shaped the cookies, we should be careful that sugar gets all over the shapes we give. Manatolama is very important in this cookie recipe, another important point is that we should wait for the cookie to cool after baking and then take it out of the tray. The amount of chocolate you will decorate on Diamond Cookies may vary according to your wishes. It’s an easy recipe, now we can move on to the ingredients list and making steps. Take it easy..

Diamond Cookie Ingredients

200 grams of butter
1 glass of powdered sugar
1 egg, egg< br/> 2 tablespoons, cocoa
Half a pack of baking powder
1 pack, vanilla
2,5 -3 cups of flour
For icing cookies
Powdered sugar
To decorate
Chocolate paste

Diamond Cookie Recipe

Let’s put the butter at room temperature in a mixing bowl, pour powdered sugar on it. Let’s knead the butter and powdered sugar with our hands. Let’s break the egg after mixing it well into the powdered sugar and butter. Let’s add the cocoa and add the vanilla and baking powder. Let’s add the flour and start kneading, knead it until it comes to a consistency. It should be a non sticky dough. Let’s take walnut-sized pieces from the dough that has a consistency, roll it in our hands, dip it in granulated sugar in a bowl, and arrange it on the baking tray on which we have oiled paper. Let’s create a hole with our thumb in the middle of the cookie dough we have lined up, and continue this process until all the dough is gone. Let’s leave it to cook for 20 minutes at 170 degrees in the oven we used before. When our cookies have cooled down a bit, we can move on to the decoration phase. We will use melted chocolate to decorate our cookies. Let’s fill the melted chocolate into the space on the cookie with a spoon. If you wish, you can use chocolate paste in the tube at this stage. Bon appetit
