Ingredients for the Diet Waffle Recipe

  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 pack of vanilla
  • 2 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • 1 cup of diet milk
  • 2 packets of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of ginger
  • 8 tablespoons of brown flour

For dry fruit yoghurt:

  • 2 glasses of yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
  • 10 dried apricots
  • 5 dried figs
  • 1 tablespoon of currants

How to Make Diet Waffle?

  • Beat the egg, sugar and vanilla. Add oil and milk.
  • Blend the baking powder, ginger and flour, continue whisking and add to the mixture.
  • Mix until it reaches a thick consistency. Leave the dough you prepared to ferment for half an hour.
  • In a deep bowl, whisk the yogurt and sugar. Chop dried fruits into cubes and mix them with yoghurt.
  • Bake the fermented dough in a heated waffle iron until golden brown. Serve with the dried fruit yogurt you have prepared.
