Ingredients for Easy Bread Recipe

  • 2.5 cups of flour
  • 1 cup of warm water
  • Half a packet of yeast
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of salt

How to Make Easy Bread

  • Half a pack of yeast, sugar and warm water Take an empty bowl and mix. Wait 3-4 minutes for the yeast to dissolve.
  • Then slowly add the flour and salt to the mixture. Use a wooden spoon to mix all the ingredients.
  • Knead the dough until it does not stick to the hand. Then cover it with a cling wrap and leave it for 1 hour.
  • After the fermentation process is finished, knead the dough for a few more minutes and shape it with your hands.
  • Place the dough on a baking paper lined tray and let it rest for another 20 minutes. .
  • Finally, make a scratch on it with a knife. If you want, you can sprinkle sesame and black cumin seeds.
  • Put the dough in the oven set at 200 degrees and bake for 30 minutes. Bon appetit.
