How to make pancake rolls recipe

Step 1
In a mixing bowl, mix together all the ingredients for the pancake recipe. Make sure the mixture isn’t too thick or too thin.
step 2
Melt butter in a pan and bake pancakes.
step 2
After baking the pancakes, spread some chocolate spread on top of each. I made my own (by melting 1 bar of dark chocolate in pan over low heat) because my kids have nut allergies. You can use Nutella or other chocolate spreads. I think peanut butter would be PERFECT here too.
step 3
Place the banana on the pancake and roll.
step 4

Carefully halve the rolled-up pancake, then cut into smaller pieces.
step 5

Add some more syrup, spread, sauce, some fruit. Whatever your little heart desires.
Tips for making perfect pancakes for the roll ups
You can use your favorite pancake recipe for these pancake rolls. Just make sure the pancakes aren’t too thin or too thick. Somewhere between crêpes and fluffy American pancakes. If you see them coming out too thick, simply thin the batter with a little water or milk. If they are too thin, add a little more flour.
I hope you enjoy your breakfast with these pancake rolls and start your day with lots of happy faces and full tummies.
