Eggplant Pasta Recipe

First of all, let’s fill a pot with water, put it on the stove and add some salt when it boils. Let’s put the pasta in the boiling water. let it boil. Let’s cut the eggplants into cubes and leave them in salted water for half an hour. At the end of the time, let’s pass it through a strainer and wash it. Let it sit in the strainer for a while and dry it on a kitchen towel. Let’s get the oil in the frying pan, fry the eggplants when it gets hot. Let’s keep the fried eggplants on the paper towel for a while. Let’s take the boiled pasta through a strainer, let’s drain it, take the butter in a pan, add the pasta when it melts and mix it well. Ingredients: * 1 packet of pasta

* 3 medium tomatoes

* 2 green green peppers

* 1 medium onion

* 2 tablespoons of oil

4 – When the meat starts to soften, add the eggplants, salt, pepper and red pepper. If the water is less, add a little water and cook for another 10 minutes. Pour it over the pasta and serve.
