Einkorn Bulgur Ravioli

Siyez Bulgur Ravioli Ingredients

Ingredients for the Dough

2 glasses of flour
1/2 glass of water
1 egg< br/> 1 pinch of salt
Extra flour – for kneading on the counter

Ingredients for Stuffed Stuffing

1 glass of einkorn bulgur
2 glasses of water
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 onion
250 g minced meat
2 pinches of dried basil
Black pepper

4 tablespoons of butter – put the baking dish and to lubricate the top

Materials for serving

1.5 glasses of broth
2 glasses of strained yogurt
1 tooth garlic
2 tablespoons of butter
1 pinch of red pepper flakes

Boil the einkorn bulgur in a small saucepan by adding two glasses of water to it. On the other hand, put your pan on the stove and let it heat up.

Olive oil Add it to the pan and fry the onions in olive oil. Add the minced meat to the roasted onions, mash well and continue frying without leaving any lumps in the minced meat. Add boiled and strained einkorn bulgur on top of the roasted ground beef flavored with salt, pepper and dry basil, mix and set aside.

Knead all the ingredients for the dough in a deep mixing bowl until you get a smooth consistency. When you take your dough to the counter, collect it with some extra flour if it needs it and roll it thinly with the help of a rolling pin and then a rolling pin. Cut 5 cm squares from the rolled dough. Put a teaspoon of inner mortar in each of them and close them. Grease the bottom of your tray with butter. Arrange your ravioli on it and brush with melted butter and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Drizzle the warm broth on the ravioli you have taken out of the oven while they are hot. Finely chop the garlic and mix it with the yogurt. Serve your ravioli with garlic yoghurt and chili pepper butter.
