Ingredients for Sour Malhita Recipe
- 1 glass of lentils
- 2 liters of water
- 1 glass of chopped chard
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon of dried mint
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- ½ tea glass of olive oil
- 2/3 coffee cup verjuice or lemon juice
How to Make Sour Malhita?
- The lentils are washed and drained. It is added to the pot.
- It is cooked by adding water to it.
- After the lentils are cooked, chard is added and mixed.
- 3 cloves of garlic are crushed and added together with verjuice juice and spices.
- Olive oil is put in a pan and when it gets hot, the remaining garlic and 1 teaspoon of mint are fried in oil. It is added to the soup. Enjoy your meal.
