These fairy popsicle crafts are easy for older kids to make themselves. Younger children need help coloring, gluing and cutting popsicle sticks.

Necessary accessories for Fairy House Deck Craft
Instructions for making a fairy garden stand
Step 1
Line up seven popsicle sticks side by side.

Lay two popsicle sticks on top, facing in opposite directions, and cut off the ends.

Glue these two sticks to the others.

Glue four popsicle sticks at right angles as in the picture below.

Take four more popsicle sticks and glue them together in a cross to prevent the previous step from moving and breaking.

Trim the ends of the popsicle sticks so they are about 1 inch long.

Glue a popsicle stick over it to form a fence that will be glued to the top of the viewing platform.

Build a ladder for your fairies and their friends to climb up to overlook the garden.

Brush stain across your observation deck. We used a “classic grey” stain to match the wooden box we are using for our fairy garden. Set aside to dry.

Apply an outdoor sealer to the top and allow to dry again before proceeding.

Glue moss over your observation deck to give it a more natural look.
