1 pack of fettuccini
2 liters of water (8 glasses)
Salt
FOR ALFREDO SAUCE:
4 tablespoons of butter
100 grams of ground beef
200 grams of aged cheddar
4 tablespoons of flour
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
Half a teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
Salt

Boil the pasta in 2 liters of boiled water for 8 minutes and drain. (Add oil and salt to the boiling water). For the sauce; Melt the butter in a bowl, add water, cream, finely chopped parsley, grated cheddar, black pepper and salt and boil for 2 minutes. Add the boiled pasta to the sauce we prepared and turn it for 1 minute to mix the pasta and sauce. Your fettucini with Alfredo sauce is ready to be served.

Note: Fetuccini; It is a flat and long pasta prepared from egg noodles unique to Italian cuisine.
