Firik Bulgur Pilaf with Cream Ingredients
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon of butter
2 cloves of garlic
2 glasses of firik bulgur
2 glasses of water
1 glass of broth
3 tablespoons of cream
Take your pan to the stove, add olive oil and butter and heat it.< br/> Add the coarsely chopped onion into your heated pan and sauté it.
Add the finely chopped garlic and continue sautéing.
Add the Firik bulgur and fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add salt and pepper and cook on low heat after boiling in medium heat until it boils.
