Salt Fish Ingredients

1 sea bass (around 1,250 kg, head, tail and scales are not removed)
Greaseproof paper
1 kg. sea ​​salt
1 kg. table salt
1 glass of water
4 egg whites
2-3 bay leaves
1 lemon
1 sprig of rosemary
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
1 sprig of fresh thyme

Mix sea salt, table salt, 4 egg whites and water in a mixing bowl to form a mortar consistency.

Place the greaseproof paper on the baking tray. and put half of the salted mortar on the tray to form a floor under the fish.

Stuff the fish with rosemary, garlic, thyme, chopped onion, bay leaf and lemon slice and place on the tray.

Fish the fish. Cover it with salted mortar so that no salt can get into it.

Bake it in an oven heated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes.

Crack the salt carefully with a hammer and screwdriver or knife, remove the skin and serve the fish.

Note:
