Also, do not sprinkle the powdered sugar immediately after the flour cookies are baked and come out of the oven, because it will absorb the powdered sugar that is sprinkled into the cookie while it is hot. Materials Required for Flour Cookies

1 tea glass, oil
1 pack of margarine (at room temperature)

1 tbsp. Cocoa
1 packet of vanilla
as much flour as it takes
4 tablespoons of powdered sugar
4 tablespoons of wheat starch

powdered sugar

How to Make Flour Cookies

Take margarine into the mixing bowl, add oil on it and let’s mix it up. Then, let’s add flour, starch, powdered sugar and vanilla, knead, and get a soft dough. The dough should not stick to our hands, let’s break off a large piece of dough, add cocoa and knead. Let’s put it on the plain dough and stick it, make a roll, cut oblique pieces with the help of a knife and place them on the tray. Let it cook at 150 degrees until it turns pink in color. As soon as I take it out of the oven, I sprinkle powdered sugar on it with the help of a sieve. Bon Appetit.

Making Flour Cookies

First of all, we put powdered sugar into flour and powder in our mixing bowl. Let’s add the hazelnuts and mix. Let’s knead the cookie dough and prepare it by adding butter and olive oil at room temperature. When our dough is ready, let’s cut walnut-sized pieces and roll them. Let’s cook it at 170 degrees by arranging it on our pre-oiled tray.
