Ingredients

1 apple
1 pear
1 radish
1/6 white cabbage
1 red cabbage
1 handful of walnuts
1 handful of fresh mint
1 handful of fresh basil

Ingredients for Sauce

1 tablespoon of mustard
1 tablespoon of honey
3 tablespoons of grape vinegar
5-6 tablespoons of olive oil
1 clove of garlic
Salt and pepper

Finely chop the white and red cabbage. Rub with salt and rinse with water.

Chop the mint and basil. Chop the walnuts. Cut the radish into thin squares.

Cut the apples and pears in half without peeling their skins, remove the seeds and cut them thinly like matchsticks.

Place all the salad ingredients in a large bowl. Sprinkle the walnuts over it.

For the sauce, put the mustard, honey, vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix. Add the olive oil little by little and continue mixing. Get a thick sauce consistency. Serve by pouring it over the salad.

You can sprinkle goat cheese and raisins on top, if desired.
