Gendime Soup Ingredients
1 glass of ashura wheat
1 glass of dried beans
1 glass of chickpeas
2 glasses of broth
4 glass of hot water
1.5 glasses of yogurt
3 tablespoons of flour
Ingredients for the topping
2 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Soak chickpeas, beans and wheat in water overnight.
Change the water the next day and in separate pots until soft
Take them all in the same pot, add water and broth and let it boil.
Add flour and yogurt to a mixing bowl and whisk.
Add salt and pepper, mix and boil for 10 minutes.
