Ingredients for Ginger Molasses Cookies Recipe

1 egg
5 tablespoons of granulated sugar
125 grams of margarine or butter
3 tablespoons of molasses
2 tablespoons of cinnamon
2 tablespoons of ground ginger
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 dessert k. powdered cloves
Flour as much as it can

Cookies with Custard Recipe

Cookie Recipe:
First, let’s whisk 125 grams of margarine and 5 tablespoons of sugar until it reaches a creamy consistency. After it comes to a consistency, let’s break 1 egg into it and continue beating. After adding cinnamon, molasses, ginger, crushed cloves and baking soda into the cookie material, let’s pour 8 tablespoons of heaped flour. Let’s knead the dough for the cookies. Cover the dough with cling film and leave it in the refrigerator for half an hour. Then roll the dough out with a rolling pin and roll it out into different shapes. Bake in the preheated 180 degree oven for about 10 minutes.
