Grilled Sea Bass Wrap

Sea Bass Wrap Materials

1 chard chard
Olive oil
2 sea bass – filleted
500 gr culture mushrooms
2 chilli peppers< br/> 4 pieces of garlic
Salt
Black pepper

Ingredients for the sauce

1 tablespoon of flour
1 tablespoon of butter
½ glass of water
Juice of ½ lemon
1 teaspoon of mustard with seeds
2 tablespoons of olive oil – for frying

Boil water in a pot and place the chard in this boiling water for 1 minute Shock your biceps by soaking them in ice water immediately. Then remove it completely from the water, put it on a plate and keep it aside.

Take your pan to the stove and heat it. Add olive oil to your heated pan. Thinly slice your mushrooms, in the same way thinly slice your chilli peppers and garlic. Saute your mushrooms, then your chilli peppers and garlic in your heated pan, respectively. While the sautéing process is taking place, slice your sea bass into finger-thick pieces and add them to the sauteed mixture and cook. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.

Cut off the medium hard parts of the chard leaves that you have previously shocked, open them on your counter and place 1-2 tablespoons of your sautéed mortar in the middle of the chard leaves to form wide rolls of three fingers thickness. After applying the same process to all the chard leaves and the inner mortar, take another pan to the stove. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and heat it. Fry the chard stuffed with sea bass you wrapped in this pan without drying the sides too much. After frying all the chard, add 1 tablespoon of butter to this pan to prepare the sauce for your meal, melt it, add the flour and fry it. Add half a glass of water to the flour you have roasted until its smell goes away and mix it so that there are no flour lumps. Add the juice of half a lemon and 1 teaspoon of granulated mustard to obtain a slightly fluid sauce. Place the sea bass stuffed wraps on your plate, garnish with the sauce you prepared and serve hot.
