1 glass of flour
A little oil
Warm water
1 glass of carob molasses
1/2 glass of water
< br/> A dough is made with 1 glass of flour, a little oil and warm water. Small pieces are taken from the dough and cylindrical sticks are made and the shape above is given and pressed lightly. Molasses and water are boiled in a saucepan. Pieces of dough are added to it and boiled for 15-20 minutes.
Note: Be sure to use carob molasses to reach this taste. It is recommended to be eaten warm or cold.
