Gummy Custard Ingredients with Strawberry Sauce

Ingredients for Custard

125 gr. butter
1 glass of flour
1 liter of milk
1.5 glasses of granulated sugar
3 – 4 pieces of crushed mastic gum

Ingredients for Strawberry Sauce< /h3>
½ glass of granulated sugar
1 glass of water
2 – 3 drops of lemon juice
12 – 15 strawberries

Custard For;

Melt the butter in a saucepan.
When the butter melts, add the flour and fry it until it turns brown.
Then add the milk and bring it to a boil, stirring constantly.
When the milk boils, sugar and beaten Add the mastic gum, mix well, turn off the heat when it starts to boil.

For strawberry sauce;

Add water and granulated sugar into your sauce pan and mix until the sugar dissolves.
Chop your strawberries into small cubes.
Sherbet When ready, add lemon juice to it.
Then add the strawberries and cook for another 5-10 minutes.

To combine;

Divide your custard into cups and cool slightly.
Pour the strawberry sauce you prepared on your slightly cooled pudding and cool it thoroughly.
Serve your puddings.
