Materials for Handmade Lasagna

Ingredients for Roasted Pepper

200 gr. roasted red pepper

Ingredients for the dough

320 gr. flour – 2 + ¾ cups
80 gr. semolina –
Salt
1 egg
1 tablespoon of olive oil

Ingredients for Meatless Bolognese with Vegetables

3 – 4 tablespoons of olive oil< br/> 1 tablespoon of butter
3 large onions – finely chopped
3 cloves of garlic
1 carrot – on a grater
1 medium sized zucchini
15 – 20 mushrooms
1 celery stalk
Salt
Black pepper
3 – 4 tomatoes
1 teaspoon of granulated sugar
1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar< br/>

Ingredients for Béchamel

2 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons of flour
3 glasses of milk
Salt
White pepper
Muscat
1 cup of cheddar cheese – grater

Toppings

1 cup of cheddar cheese – grater

Dough For;

Roast your red peppers.
* If you wish, you can also use ready-made roasted peppers.
Add the roasted peppers into your chopper and grind until puree.
Flour in a mixing bowl Add , semolina and salt and mix.
Open the middle of your flours and add red pepper puree, egg and olive oil and give birth. Roll your dough in a thin and long way.
Start passing your dough through your pasta machine and roll out your dough by passing it through each step twice from widest to narrower and flouring it on your counter.
Cut strips the size of a lasagna sheet from the dough you rolled out.

For the béchamel sauce;

Put your sauce pot on the stove.
Add butter to it and melt it.
Add flour to your melted butter and fry it .
Then add the milk and mix.
Add salt, white pepper and nutmeg grated and mix with the help of a whisk until it thickens.
When your sauce thickens, add grated cheddar cheese and mix and take it off the stove.

To combine;

Spread some bechamel on the bottom of your glass baking dish.
Put your lasagna sheets on the base and drizzle with the vegetable-less bolognese mixture you prepared.
Drizzle the béchamel sauce on it and place the lasagna sheets on its side, this time turning it over.
Keep doing it in this order until everything is finished.
It is important that the béchamel sauce remains on the top.
Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees .
Sprinkle the grated cheddar on it and continue cooking for another 15 minutes.
Leave your lasagna out of the oven to rest and serve by slicing..
