Sponge Cake
2 glasses of milk
3 tablespoons of flour
br/> 1 tea glass of granulated sugar
1 packet of vanilla
Granulated coffee
1 egg yolk
200 gr labneh cheese
1 glass of hot water
2 tablespoons of cocoa
Take milk, flour, sugar, vanilla, 1 teaspoon of coffee and egg yolk in a saucepan and cook in a pudding consistency over medium heat. Lastly, throw the labneh cheese and mix it with the mixer and take the pan off the stove and let it cool. Meanwhile, cut the sponge cake with heart shapes. Dissolve 1 tablespoon of coffee in hot water and take a slice of the sponge cake and wet it. Spread a little cream on each soaked slice and then cover it with another slice. In this way, prepare the tiramisu until all the slices are finished. Sprinkle cocoa last and decorate.
