Help your baby sleep through the night – 20 tips from real moms

My new son was absolutely wonderful but wouldn’t sleep! Desperate Help the baby sleep through the night, I knew I had to try something new. I asked my fellow moms for tips. Below is a list of twenty great tips from real moms on how to get your baby to sleep through the night.

How to get your baby to sleep through the night

As with all advice, only take what suits your family best. I’ve broken these tips for putting babies to sleep into groups that seemed to pop up throughout the advice.

What I like about it is that you might find several things that might help. Try them one by one!

Establish a bedtime routine

1. Try dream feeding

So I read about dream feeding. I had never heard of it, but it worked. Our baby actually slept through the night. For the first time in months. I was shocked but it works wonders! ~ Becky from Your Modern Family

2. Choose a bedtime routine and stick to it

14. Play outside and get some fresh air
