Highland Soup with Chickpeas Ingredients
½ glass of rice
5 glasses of water
2 tablespoons of flour
1 glass of strained yogurt
Salt< br/> 1 glass of chickpeas – boiled
Materials for the topping
2 tablespoons of butter
1 pinch of mint
1 pinch of chili pepper
Your rice Wash it and add it to your soup pot.
Add the water to it and close the lid and leave it on medium heat to boil.
For the sauce, whisk the strained yoghurt and flour in a bowl. Add the boiled chickpeas into it, add the salt, rattling for a few minutes and remove from the stove.
Add mint and chili pepper to the melted butter for topping and add it into the soup.
Note: The consistency of your soup is thick. If necessary, you can add 1 – 2 glasses of water to it.
