Ingredients for Indian Bread Naan Recipe

  • 500 g white flour for bread
  • 10 g sea salt
  • 90 g butter (without salt and at room temperature )
  • 130 g home yogurt
  • 100 g water
  • 2 cloves of garlic (Crushed)
  • 7 g instant yeast
  • 60 g milk (Warm)
  • 20 g sugar
  • Black Cumin
  • Parsley (finely chopped)
  • Fresh mint ( Finely chopped)

How to Make Indian Bread Naan

  • Mix the yeast, sugar and milk in a bowl and let it rest for 20-30 minutes.
  • Mix the flour and salt in a deep bowl. Then add the yeast mixture, butter, yogurt and garlic.
  • Pour the water into your hands and knead a soft, gathered smooth dough. Cover and leave to rise at room temperature until the 2 layers rise.
  • Turn the dough into a lightly oiled wood. Divide it into 8-9 pieces and make it into a meringue. Sprinkle with black seed, then cover it with cling film and rest for 30 minutes. Then open it with the help of a roller.
  • Heat the pan thoroughly and cook the meringue you opened by taking it into the pan. When it starts to rise, apply the melted butter and cook the other side by turning it.
  • Cook all the gherkins one by one in the same way.
  • Sprinkle parsley and mint on it and serve hot. Enjoy it.
