30 chicken wings
5 tablespoons of cornstarch
1 packet of baking powder
2 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
br/> 5 pieces of cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon of red sauce pepper
1 tablespoon of granulated sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
Wash and drain your chicken wings well.
Mix all sauce ingredients in a deep bowl or a deep saucepan.
Add your washed chickens to this sauce and let them mix well.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours.
At the end of the waiting, take a Teflon pan and add 1-2 spoons of oil.
Take the chicken wings waiting in the sauce in your hands one by one, scrape the tops very slightly from the top and place them in the pan.
Close the bottom of the pan, close its mouth, let them cook for a while by watering, turn the chicken wings upside down from time to time, when they start to get juice, open the mouth of your pan when there is very little water left, and fry them with the bottom and top, they will be red as if they were barbecued.
