Ingredients for Kadayif Custard Pie Recipe
- 5 cups (1liter) milk
- 3 tablespoons of flour
- 3 tablespoons of starch

- 2 egg yolks
- 1 packet of cream
- 1 packet of vanilla
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 200 g raw kadayif
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- About 1 tea glass of sugar
- 1 tea glass of walnuts
How to Make Kadayif Custard Cake?
- All ingredients except vanilla and butter are mixed in a suitable pot. It is ensured that the flour and its derivatives are thoroughly mixed with the milk. The pot is taken to the stove.
- It is cooked on medium heat by stirring. When it reaches the consistency of pudding, butter and vanilla are added.
- Kadaif is crumbled and roasted with melted butter and sugar until it turns color. Add the ground walnuts and mix.
- The round mold is taken into the container to be prepared. Roasted kadayif is placed on the bottom. It is transferred from the pudding on top.
- One more layer of kadayif and pudding is added on top. The top is covered with kadayif. It is kept in the cupboard.
- When it cools down, the mold around it is removed while serving. Thus, pudding with kadayif is obtained in the appearance of a cake. Enjoy ❤️
