Keşkul Ingredients

1 liter of milk
1 egg yolk
1 glass of ground almonds
1 glass of granulated sugar
2 tablespoons of wheat starch
1 pack of vanilla

Materials for the Top

Filet almonds

Put your pan on the counter.
It contains milk, egg yolk, granulated almonds and granulated sugar. Take it and mix it with a whisk.

NOTE :

Reserve some of the milk to open the starch.
Put your saucepan on the stove and start heating it over medium heat.
In a mixing bowl Take the starch and the milk you have reserved and mix.
When the milk boils, add the starch and cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.
Add powdered vanilla to the ready-made cheesecake and mix.
Divide it into the bowls you will serve and let it cool. Leave it.
When your taskules have cooled down, sprinkle the almonds and serve.
