Kamer Pastry Ingredients with Cheese

Ingredients for the Dough

¾ glass of milk
¾ glass of water
1 packet of dry yeast< br/> ¾ glass of sunflower oil
White of 1 egg
2 tablespoons of vinegar
4.5 glasses of flour
1 teaspoon of salt

Drink Ingredients for Mortar

300 gr. pastry cheese
½ bunch of parsley

Materials for oiling

200 gr. butter
¾ glass of sunflower oil

Topping Ingredients

Egg yolk
Black Cumin

For the dough;

Add milk, water and dry yeast to a mixing bowl, mix and let it sit for 5 minutes.
Take flour in a separate mixing bowl and make a pool in the middle.
The yeast mixture you prepared, egg Add white, vinegar and sunflower oil.
Knead first with a fork, then with your hands.
Add salt and continue kneading.
Cover the mouth of your ready dough with a cling film and let it ferment for 1 hour.

To lubricate;

Take butter in a sauce pan and melt it.
Add sunflower oil into the melted butter and mix.

For the stuffing;

Take the pastry cheese in a mixing bowl and crush it lightly.
Add the finely chopped parsley and mix.

To assemble;

Divide the fermented dough into 8 equal meringues.
Roll out your ready meringues one by one with the help of a rolling pin on the floured counter.
Take one of them on the counter and grease it.
Then cover the edges and grease the gaps.
Let the dough you prepared rest in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
Roll out the rested dough by slightly widening it with a rolling pin or your hand.
Add the stuffing you prepared to the part.
Close the dough on the edges like a letter envelope.
Prepare all the dough in this way.
Arrange your pastries on the baking tray with baking paper.
Brush egg yolk on it with a brush. and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30–35 minutes.
Serve by slicing.
