Circuit Fritter Ingredients

Ingredients for the Dough

3.5 cups of flour
1 dessertspoon of salt
½ cup of grapes vinegar
1 glass of warm water
2 tablespoons of sunflower oil
½ glass of flour – for rolling

Ingredients for the Top of the Doughs

2 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons of sunflower oil

Materials for Stuffing

2 – 3 tablespoons of olive oil
8 – 10 branches of leek – 500 gr.
2 onions
150 gr. Spinach
Salt
Black pepper
Ground red pepper
2 cups of feta cheese

For the dough;

Mixing Take the flour into the bowl and add salt and mix it.
Make a well in the middle of the flour.
Add grape vinegar, warm water and sunflower oil to the middle of the flour and mix it with a fork.
Then take it to your counter and make your dough. Knead well.
Wrap your dough in cling film and let it rest in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.

For the stuffing;

Put your pan on the stove and heat it up.
Add olive oil to it and add the finely chopped leeks.
Finely chopped onion on it Add and saute until soft.
Then add the spinach and continue sautéing.
Add salt, black pepper and paprika and mix.
Add crumbled white cheese into your ready-made stuffing and mix.

To combine;

Add and melt butter in a sauce pan, add sunflower oil on it and mix. Divide into meringues.
Roll out each one to the size of a cake plate with the help of a rolling pin.
Apply the oily mixture to the middle of each dough with a brush and stack them on top of each other.
Do not apply the oily mixture on the top dough.
Roll out your layered dough by flouring the top and bottom of the dough with the help of a rolling pin.
Place the rolled dough on a large baking tray with greaseproof paper, overflowing from the edges.
Put the stuffing you have prepared in the middle and leave the middle open on the edges of the dough. shape the battery and close it on the mortar.

Spread the remaining oily mixture on your pastry and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 50 minutes.
