Lamb Shank Ingredients

3 large lamb shank
2 liters of water
Salt
Ground black pepper
2 bay leaves

Pressure heat your pot and put your lamb shanks in it and seal it.
When your shanks turn brown, add water to it.
Add salt, black peppercorns and bay leaves and close the lid of your pressure cooker.
Cook for 1 hour on fire.
Turn on your pressure cooker and take out your meat.
You can serve your meat as you wish.

* You can store the remaining broth by portioning.
