Pizza Ingredients in Lavash
2 pieces of lavash
Mozzarella cheese – on a grater
Sliced black olives
Corn – boiled
Ingredients for Tomato Sauce
2 – 3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 heaped tablespoon of tomato paste
6 – 7 leaves of fresh basil
2 – 3 tablespoons of water
1 pinch of dried thyme
1 tablespoon of powdered Parmesan
1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon of granulated sugar
For Pesto Sauce Ingredients
1 pack of basil – 25 leaves
¼ bunch of parsley
¼ cup of hazelnuts
¼ cup of parmesan powder
¾ cup of olive oil
For tomato sauce;
Take a small pan on the stove.
Add olive oil and add tomato paste and mix lightly.
Then add water and rattling lightly.
Add finely chopped fresh basil and dried thyme and mix.
Add powdered parmesan, balsamic vinegar and granulated sugar, mix and remove from the stove.
For the pesto sauce;
Put the basil, parsley, hazelnuts, powdered parmesan and olive oil in the chopper and blend well until everything is mixed together.
Place your lavash on the bottom of your pan.
Take it on your stove and make your lavash crispy on low heat.
Put the tomato sauce you prepared on it and spread it. .
Then add grated mozzarella on it and put the other lavash on it.
Spread the pesto sauce you prepared on the lavash and sprinkle mozzarella.
Decorate the top of your pizza as you wish, sprinkle with grated mozzarella cheese again and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
Serve your pizza by slicing it out of the oven.
