Milk Lentil Soup Ingredients
2 – 3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 glass of red lentils
2 tablespoons of rice
5 glasses of water
½ glass of milk
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 pinch of flakes pepper
1 pinch of dried mint
Wash the red lentils and rice.
Add olive oil to your pot and heat it up.
Add the finely chopped onion and cook it until it softens.
Take the lentils and rice into your pot and mix them.
Add salt, pepper and water and mix.
Cover your pot and cook it on medium heat until it boils, then cook it on low heat for 15 – 20 minutes.
Your soup is ready. When it is done, blend it with a blender until it is smooth.
Add the milk and mix it quickly, then take it back to the stove and boil it open for 10 minutes on low heat.
Add olive oil to your pan. Add and heat.
Add chili pepper and dried mint to your olive oil and mix.
Add to your soup and mix.
