Ingredients for Lollipop Candy Recipe
- ¾ glass of water
- 1 glass of granulated sugar
- 1 tea glass of powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons of cream of tartar
- Yellow~green~red food coloring
- 1~2 drops of vanilla flavor
- Lollipop sticks
How to Make Lollipop Candy
Add sugar, vanilla flavor, water and cream of tartar to the pot and bring to a boil. When the syrup starts to thicken, drip 1 teaspoon of the syrup into a bowl of water. If it hardens, your sugar is OK. Remove from the stove and transfer to 3 separate bowls. Add different colors of food coloring to each bowl. Lightly oil your lollipop molds with a napkin. Pour the yellow sugar, then the red sugar, and finally the green sugar into the molds to get colored candies. Dip the lollipop sticks into the ends of the molds and wait. After it hardens, remove it from the mold. Serve.
