How to Make Barbie Pink Pancakes
Kids Activities Blog thought it would be fun to celebrate this epic event with a special breakfast for Barbie. We’re making pink pancakes! We are so excited to be working with Barbie to celebrate her big day!
Pink pancakes taste like strawberry shortcake and are a gorgeous shade of pink.

Supplies needed to prepare these fun Barbie pink pancakes
Ingredients for pink pancakes:
How to make pink pancakes
Step 1
Wash the strawberries and cut off the tops.

Put the buttermilk in a blender and add the strawberries. Mix until completely smooth.
step 3
Measure out 2 cups of the strawberry and buttermilk mixture and add to the oil, egg and pancake mixture.



Note:
If the mixture isn’t as pink as you’d like, add strawberry syrup instead of sugar to sweeten.

When batter is the right thickness, then pour onto a greased griddle at 350 degrees when golden pink.
Note:
If the batter is too thin, add a little more pancake mix. If the batter is too thick, add some of the reserved strawberry and buttermilk mixture or extra strawberry syrup.

Stack and top with more strawberries or a simple milk and powdered sugar glaze. Add pink sprinkles if you like.

March 9th is Barbie’s birthday! Barbie is an icon of children’s play.
As a girl, I remember the world we created around our Barbie dolls. Today is no different. Girls all over the world dream while playing with Barbie.
And that’s why I love these pink pancakes so much!

Ingredients
1 liter strawberries
1 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup oil
1 egg
2 cups pancake mix
1/4 cup sugar or strawberry syrup
