These pink pancakes are so easy to make!

Note:

If the mixture isn’t as pink as you’d like, add strawberry syrup instead of sugar to sweeten.

step 4

When batter is the right thickness, then pour onto a greased griddle at 350 degrees when golden pink.

Note:

If the batter is too thin, add a little more pancake mix. If the batter is too thick, add some of the reserved strawberry and buttermilk mixture or extra strawberry syrup.

step 5

Stack and top with more strawberries or a simple milk and powdered sugar glaze. Add pink sprinkles if you like.

step 6

Invite Barbie and her friends over for a delicious breakfast!
