Egg Ingredients with Meat and Bacon
2 tablespoons of butter
1 onion
3 – 4 green peppers
7 – 8 slices of bacon
200 gr. ground beef
2 – 3 tomatoes – peeled, chopped
Salt
Black pepper
1 pinch of granulated sugar
4 – 5 eggs
Put your pan on the stove and heat it up.
Add butter to your heated pan and melt it.
Add finely chopped onion into it and cook until soft.
Add finely chopped peppers and pastrami and sauté.
Crush and sauté.
Add your tomatoes and mix.
Add salt, pepper and sugar and mix.
Before the mortar has completely drained, break the eggs on top of it and cook as much as you want and serve hot.
