Would you like to make pita at home? You can make pita with mincemeat and serve it with five teas. This mince pita recipe, which is prepared in a consistency that does not look like the mince pita sold outside, can be easily made in a short time. Also, this mince pita dough is really light and does not tire your stomach at all. Many pastry recipes are offered to you as tried and tested on our site.

Pita with minced meat is one of the most classic flavors of Turkish cuisine. Making it at home makes it both delicious and healthy.

Materials Required for Meat Pita

4 glasses of flour
1 teaspoon of salt
1 egg yolk
20 grams of fresh yeast
200 gram ground beef
2 green peppers
1 spoon of margarine
3 tomatoes
Half a teaspoon of salt
Half a teaspoon of black pepper

How to Make Pita with Meat It’s done

Let’s dissolve 20 grams of fresh yeast in a bowl filled with warm water. When the yeast melts, let’s add 4 glasses of flour, 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 egg yolk and knead. Let the dough we prepared wait for half an hour to rest and rise. Let’s melt 1 spoon of margarine in a pan. Let’s add 200 grams of minced meat to the melted margarine and cook until the minced meat absorbs its juice. Chop 3 tomatoes and 2 green peppers and add them to the pan. Let’s cook for a while. Add half a teaspoon of salt and pepper to the ground beef. Let’s knead the dough, which we kept for half an hour, for two minutes and divide it into two. Let the pieces rest for 10 minutes.

Let’s spread the stuffing we prepared on the dough. After applying the yolk of 1 egg on it, let’s bake it in an oven at 200 degrees for 25 minutes. Pita with minced meat can now be served as the star of the menu of the day, bon appetit.
