Meatballs Kebab Ingredients

1 piece of stale Ramadan pita
2 – 3 tablespoons of butter

Ingredients for Meatballs

500 gr. ground beef
1 onion – grater
1 glass of bread crumbs – panko
Salt
Black pepper
1 teaspoon of cumin
1 pinch of dried thyme

Ingredients for Tomato Paste Sauce

2 – 3 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons of tomato paste
Salt
Black pepper
½ glass of water

Ingredients for Serving

6 cherry tomatoes
4 – 5 green peppers
3 – 4 tablespoons of strained yogurt

For the pita;

Chop the pita into squares.
Put your pan on the stove and heat it.
Take the butter in your heated pan and melt it.
Put the pita on the melted butter. Add and cook until browned.

For Meatballs;

In a mixing bowl, knead the ground beef, grated onion, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, cumin and dried thyme thoroughly.
Take long shapes and arrange them on a plate.
Take your frying pan to the stove and heat it up.
Take your meatballs into your heated pan and cook all sides thoroughly.

For the sauce;

Put your pan on the stove and add the butter and melt it.
Add the tomato paste and fry it until it smells good.
Then salt according to your tomato paste. Add , black pepper and water and bring it to a boil.
To combine;
Place the pitas under the plate you will serve.
Put 1-2 tablespoons of strained yogurt in the middle of your pitas.
Place them upside down.
Put 1 – 2 tablespoons of strained yogurt on them and pour the tomato paste sauce you prepared over everything.
Serve garnished with tomatoes and peppers.
