Ingredients for Bulgurlu Meatball Soup Recipe

  • 200 g ground beef
  • 2 onions
  • 4 tablespoons of fine bulgur
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons of rice
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 5 glasses of water
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 teaspoon of mint
  • Salt

Peel and grate the onions. Grate the tomatoes. Wash and drain the bulgur.

Mix ground beef, bulgur, onion, olive oil and salt in a bowl and knead. Take half walnut-sized pieces from the meatball mortar you prepared and roll them in your hand.
