Ingredients for Hummus with Meat Recipe

  • 1.5 glasses of chickpeas (Boiled and peeled)
  • 1 tea glass of lemon juice
  • 1 tea glass of tahini
  • 1/2 tea glass of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin
  • 1 tea glass of water < /li>
  • 100 g meat
  • Butter

How to Make Hummus with Meat?

  • Make the chickpeas smooth in the mixer with ice. Mix until it comes. Then gradually add the tahini.
  • Continue mixing with lemon juice, a pinch of salt and cumin. Then leave this mixture to rest in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
  • Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the meat on high heat for about 3 minutes.
  • After flavoring with salt and butter, spread the hummus on a plate and add the sauté on it. Then garnish with pine nuts and parsley and serve.
