Messed Christmas Cake Ingredients

5 egg whites
1 pinch of salt
2.5 cups of powdered sugar
1 teaspoon of grape vinegar
½ cup of ground almonds

4 tablespoons of mascarpone cheese

Ingredients for the Top

Powdered cinnamon

Put your countertop mixer on the counter and take the egg whites into its bowl and start whisking.

Take your strained yoghurt in a strainer and strain the excess water.

To assemble;

Spread the cherry jam on it.

Sprinkle the cinnamon cocoa you prepared on your cake.
Serve by slicing.
