Ingredients for the Milk Slice Recipe

For the Cake:

  • 3/4 cup of flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of oil
  • 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanillin
  • 1.5 tablespoons of cocoa
  • 1/2 cup of yogurt

For the cream:

  • 1 pack of cream (200 ml.)< /li>
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 pack of powdered whipped cream
  • 3-4 drops of lemon juice

How to Make Milk Slice ?

  • Set your oven to 185 degrees, let it heat on the lower and upper peat settings.
  • For the cream; Take the whipped cream, cream, honey and lemon juice in a bowl and mix them with a mixer.
  • When the consistency of the cream hardens, keep it in the refrigerator.
  • For the cake; Take the granulated sugar and egg in a bowl and whisk until it reaches a creamy consistency.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and continue mixing.
  • Place baking paper on the baking tray and pour the cake batter into the tray evenly.
  • Bake the cake in a preheated 185 degree oven for 10 minutes.
  • Remove the cake from the tray with baking paper. Turn the cake over onto another piece of paper.
  • Cut the cake in half. Spread the cream you have prepared on one part of the cake and spread it.
  • Close the other cake on it. Then cut it into square slices.
  • You can store the prepared milk slices in airtight containers in the refrigerator for 3 days. Bon appetit.
