Ingredients for Millet Soup Recipe

  • 300 g yogurt
  • 300 g strained yogurt
  • 300 g split millet
  • Salt
  • A bunch of mint, finely chopped

How to Make Millet Soup?

  • The millets are kept in water for 6-12 hours.
  • The water is filtered and placed in a pot filled with salt water. It is left to boil.
  • Boiled millets are filtered and put in a bowl to cool.
  • The yoghurts are mixed with the help of a whisk. Millets are added to it and mixed.
  • Fresh mint is washed, dried and finely chopped. It is served by throwing into yogurt.
