Ingredients for Fraiser Recipe

For the sponge cake:

  • 50 g butter, melted
  • 4 eggs< /li>
  • ½ stick of vanilla or 5 g vanilla sugar
  • 125 g granulated sugar
  • 130 g flour

For the cream:

  • 500 ml milk
  • 5 g vanillin
  • 3 eggs
  • 90 g sugar
  • 40 g cornstarch
  • 180 g butter, soft and diced

For strawberry sauce:< /p>

  • 150 g strawberries
  • 80 ml water
  • 50 g sugar

How to make Fraiser?

  • Start with making sponge cake. Melt the butter, let it cool.
  • Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla in a bowl until fluffy.
  • The flour is added slowly.
  • Butter is added and mixed.
  • Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20 minutes.
  • Milk and vanilla are boiled for cream making.
  • Egg, sugar and starch are whisked in a separate place and slowly boiling milk is added and whisked. It is filtered and returned to the stove and cooked until it thickens.
  • After taking it from the stove, it is cooled by whisking. While whisking, slowly add cubes of butter and leave to cool in the cupboard.
  • All the ingredients for the strawberry sauce are put in the pot and cooked. Boil for 5 minutes and pass through a sieve.
  • To assemble, cut the sponge cake in half and pour the strawberry sauce on the bottom layer, line the strawberries around the edges and squeeze the cream in the middle.
  • Decorate with the top sponge cake and serve. Bon Appetit.
