Minestrone Vegetable Soup Ingredients
1 tablespoon of butter
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 potato
2 carrots
2 – 3 cloves of garlic
2 stalks of celery
1 onion
1 liter of chicken stock
½ liter of water
½ – 1 cup of dried beans – lightly boiled
1 full handful of noodles
Salt
Black pepper
Cut your carrots into dice-sized cubes.
Slice the garlic.
Finely chop the celery stalks.
Chop the onions into cubes.
Cut the potatoes into cubes.
Put your saucepan on the stove and melt the olive oil and butter.
Then add potatoes, carrots, onions, garlic and celery stalks at 1-minute intervals and continue frying.
Add their juices to your vegetables.
Add lightly boiled dried beans, noodles, salt and pepper.
Cover your pot and cook for 30 minutes on high heat until it boils, then on medium heat after boiling.
