Mint Pea Soup Ingredients
2 tablespoons of sunflower oil
1 clove of garlic – crushed
5 cups chicken broth
2 glasses of peas
4 – 5 sprigs of fresh mint
1 chicken breast – boiled
Materials for Decoration
Fresh mint leaves
Put your soup pot on the stove and add sunflower oil and heat it.
Add finely chopped onion and sauté until soft.
Crushed garlic and small diced potato Add the chicken broth and boil for 10 minutes.
Add the peas, fresh mint leaves, salt and pepper and simmer for another 10 minutes.
When everything is soft, use a hand blender until it is smooth. Remove.
Add the boiled and shredded chicken and boil for 5 more minutes.
Divide your soup into serving bowls and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
