Mushroom cookies are one of the most beautiful cookie recipes. It is a really great idea to create such a beautiful pastry by simply dipping a soda cap in cocoa or chocolate sauce and pressing it onto the cookie dough. Mushroom cookies, which are among the most beautiful pastry recipes, can be a delicious treat if you keep the consistency of the cookie.

I always use powdered sugar instead of granulated sugar to be used in mushroom cookie ingredients because this is the most important trick to make a cookie disperse in the mouth. In general, many recipe sites dipped the soda cap or the mouth of the bottle in cocoa to give the appearance of mushrooms, but I think if you have it at home, you should definitely dip it in melted dark chocolate in a bain-marie. Because it has a better taste. On our food site, where you can find the best pastry recipes, you can find a few more different cookie recipes besides mushroom cookies. Here is the mushroom cookie recipe.

Ingredients for Mushroom Cookie Recipe

* 1 pack of margarine
* 2 eggs, egg
* 1 tea cup, powdered sugar
* 2, 5 tea cups of flour
* 200 gr cornstarch
* 1 packet of vanilla
* 1 packet of baking powder
* cocoa

Mushroom Cookie Recipe

Let’s take the flour into the mixing bowl and open the middle like a pool. Add room temperature margarine. Next, let’s break the two eggs, add the powdered sugar. Add the cornstarch, vanilla and baking powder. Let it knead until it thickens. Let’s break walnut-sized pieces (maybe a little larger) from the dough that has reached the consistency, roll it with our hands and place it on a greased baking tray. Let’s press on the dough with a small bottle cap and give it a lid shape, sprinkle cocoa on the edges and bake at 180 degrees for fifteen minutes. Bon appetit.
