Pizza Ingredients with Mushroom and Sausage
Ingredients for the Dough
240 gr. flour
60 gr. semolina
3 gr. fresh yeast
A little more water in 1 glass of water
1 tablespoon of olive oil
3 – 4 pinches of salt
Ingredients for the sauce
Olive oil
1 clove of garlic
1 tomato – on a grater
5 – 6 leaves of fresh basil
1 teaspoon of granulated sugar
1 teaspoon of balsamic
Salt
Black pepper
Topping Ingredients
2 handfuls of cheddar cheese – a grater
Any mushroom
1 finger sausage
2 tablespoons of black olives
For the dough;
Mix the flour and semolina in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix the fresh yeast, water and olive oil.
Open the middle of the flour and leave it with yeast. Pour the mixture.
Start kneading first with the help of a fork, then with your hands.
Add salt around the edges and continue kneading your dough on the counter.
Take the dough you prepared into the mixing bowl and cover it tightly with a cling film and let it ferment for 45 minutes. .
Divide your fermented dough into 4 equal parts and sprinkle semolina for 15 minutes. Let your flour rise on your counter by covering it with a slightly damp cloth.
For the sauce;
Add olive oil into your sauce pan and take the finely chopped garlic into it and turn it slightly.
Then, the peeled and finely chopped tomatoes are put into the pot with its juice. Take it.
Finely chop the basil and add it to the tomato mixture.
Add salt and pepper and click for 5 minutes.
Add granulated sugar and balsamic vinegar to your sauce, and mix it.
Take your sauce off the stove and shred it thoroughly with a chopper until it reaches a liquid consistency.
To combine;
When your dough is fermented, take a piece of it and spread semolina on your counter and roll it out as a pizza with your hand.
Spread the pizza sauce you have prepared on the dough.
Add the thinly sliced mushrooms to the sauce and sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese to cover the entire base.
Arrange the very thinly sliced sausages and black olives on the cheese.
Your pizzas are placed in an oven with a baking stone at 200 – 220 degrees, with the bottom heated in the oven for 10-15 cook for minutes.
Note: If you don’t have a baking stone, bake directly at the base of the oven.
